The hotel is situated in a classy area close to a train station and the bus stop to-and-from the airport, making it convenient for transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel offers a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during the summer months.

Great hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Early check-in, assistance with sightseeing. Hop & hop tickets available, transport day tickets sold. Comfortable room, good wifi. Centrally located with shops and restaurants nearby.

This place is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by exclusive designer stores and high-end brands. The train stop for the Zoo is just a stone's throw away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff at reception were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service from the moment I checked in. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a comfortable sitting area. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of services including parcel services, laundry, and even a shoe shine service.
